Membership Agent

About the role

Assists Costco members via inbound calls and chat. Responsibilities include researching membership issues, product information and safety questions, support with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and recording member suggestions and other feedback. Uses multiple systems simultaneously to provide excellence in member service.
