• This is a largely sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club
• You will be working within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach

The Edge Fitness Clubs is growing and we are looking for our next rockstar Membership Advisor. As a Membership Advisor you'll turn conversations into connections and moments of members coming back to tell you, you changed their life. You'll thrive in a high-energy gym where the music's loud, the goals are big, and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Change lives daily by bringing high energy, big smiles, and an unforgettable welcome every time a member walks in
• Crush sales goals by sparking excitement, connecting with prospects, and turning conversations into memberships
• Be the fitness hype person—educate, inspire, and guide members through everything our club has to offer while delivering a top-tier experience

Qualifications

• Personality, confidence, and a little hustle
• Results-driven and sales skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

Earn up to $80,000 a year with hourly pay, commission, and bonuses
