Members Club House Bus Person

About the role

This position provides efficient assistance to the servers and bartenders during club house business hours.

Responsibilities

• Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life
• Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag
• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions
• Perform any necessary pre-shift side work, as directed by supervisor
• Become thoroughly familiar with all specials offered
• Unload trays in the dish machine area
• Reset all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables
• Keep tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times
• Assist server(s) in cleaning spills
• Assist server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service
• Complete assigned side work for both opening and closing duties
• Dispose of dirty linen at the end of the shift
• Remove dirty plates from guests' tables between courses or as directed by server(s), using tray service
• Provide service to the guests/members as per the Club house standards
• Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

• Experience in resort or a related field preferred
• In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required
• Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Must be able to stand during entire shift
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages

Pay

Minimum Wage $16.90/hour, plus tips.
