The role involves providing exceptional customer support to members of The Alaska Club during weekday evenings from 3 PM to 9 PM.
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve member issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to club policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer literacy, including email and phone systems
- Experience in customer service preferred
