About the role
The Member Support Representative Lead is responsible for leading a team of support representatives, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience
- Train and mentor support representatives to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
