About the role

The Member Support Representative Lead is responsible for leading a team of support representatives, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of support representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Train and mentor support representatives to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into customer support processes
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and its application in support environments
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
