We're seeking a Member Services Support Staff team member to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Process member payments and mail.
- Support front-counter member service.
- Prepare member communications and mailings.
- Maintain records through scanning and filing.
- Auxiliary with outreach events and office support.
