Member Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book)
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility

Pay & Benefits

• $13.73/hr + monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
