Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by interacting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate issues to the Club Manager as necessary.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club goals.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and recovery zone amenities.
• Maintain restrooms and communal spaces by following the cleaning schedule.
• Perform a comprehensive walk-through of the club areas to address safety and cleanliness issues promptly.
• Address maintenance concerns such as broken equipment and missing items.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency required

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club
• Continual communicating in person or on the phone
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
• Moving self in different positions, including bending and twisting

Pay Range

$17.13 - $21.50 per hour
