About the role

TEKsystems is hiring for an Entry-Level Bank Teller with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Groton, CT!

Responsibilities

• Aid members with deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment.
• Handle cash accurately and balance transactions.
• Educate members on available financial products and services.
• Support account maintenance and general banking operations.
• Aid with credit card, loan, and account applications.
• Build relationships with members and identify solutions to meet their financial needs.

Requirements

• No prior banking experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Reliable and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week).
• Available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM and on Saturday's between 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $21.82 - $21.82/hr.
