Member Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients regarding a variety of requests.
• Assist members with technical issues related to the website or products.
• Navigate multiple databases for member research and resolution.
• Answer questions about client and product design as well as Personify’s involvement with members’ overall wellbeing.
• Escalate issues to appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Provide attentive customer service to resolve member inquiries.
• Manage and respond to repetitive work tasks in a confined work area.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of systems for information research and accurate information provision to members.
• Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based contact center software is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency.
• Able to type 30 words per minute with accuracy.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for full benefits package starting day one.
