The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Assisting with member inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility
- Performing janitorial tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in a similar role
