The role involves providing excellent customer service to members and guests, managing member accounts, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and greeting visitors courteously
• Processing membership payments and handling refunds
• Maintaining member records and updating databases
• Assisting with facility maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Responding to member inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Previous experience in fitness or hospitality industry is a plus
