The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors courteously
- Processing membership applications and renewals
- Assisting with member inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
