About the role
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors courteously
- Assisting members with membership inquiries and account management
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of facilities
- Performing janitorial tasks as needed
- Supporting personal training staff with administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred
