About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. Conduct member outreach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct member outreach to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up on member inquiries and issues to ensure resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems helpful.
