About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. Conduct member outreach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct member outreach to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on member inquiries and issues to ensure resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems helpful.
