Member Service Representative/Teller Hazleton Branch

About the role

This position will require training in Wilkes-Barre, until our new branch opens in Hazleton.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service via face to face interactions.
• Address member inquiries.
• Perform account-related transactions.
• Resolve issues.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Maintain a high standard of member satisfaction.
• Actively listen to needs, provide clear explanations, and ensure all interactions align with the credit union's values, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bi-lingual candidate that can speak and understand both English and Spanish.
