Member Service Representative - Gilbert Branch

About the role

Pima Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members
• Auxiliary role in branches, assisting with various tasks from account openings to loan applications
• Process teller transactions, open/close accounts, solve problems, update member information, conduct loan application interviews, process loan applications, fund loans, and present loan disclosures
• Step into the teller line to process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and stay updated on credit union products and services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative, or two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
• Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion
• Working knowledge of Symitar (Episys), preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills, preferred
