Member Service Representative (Bank Teller)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
• Prior Cash-handling Experience Preferred.

Schedule

• Rotation: Mon-Fri, must be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift, and until 6:15pm for latest shift; some Saturdays 9am-12pm (w/time off that week in lieu of Sat. shift).
