Member Service Representative (Bank Teller)

POSITION INFORMATION

Work Schedule Rotation: Mon-Fri, should be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift, and until 6:15pm on latest shift; Also, every other Saturday from 9am-12pm

What You Will Do

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
