About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through phone and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance member service skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
