About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through phone and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle member inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process transactions and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  • Build strong relationships with members to foster loyalty and trust.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion for community banking and financial services.
