About the Role

Advia is seeking a dedicated, driven individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. This full-time, on-site position focuses on fostering relationships, building trust, and providing outstanding service to our members. You will proactively help members achieve their financial goals by answering questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products and services tailored to their needs. This role includes outbound calls to engage members and ensure they are aware of Advia’s advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to members, building lasting relationships.
  • Answer member questions and service accounts with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
  • Actively listen to uncover member needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Proactively engage members through outbound calls to highlight Advia’s benefits.
  • Maintain the highest level of service while finding ways to say "yes" to members.
  • Uphold Advia’s values: Act with Integrity and Keep People at the Core.

Requirements

  • Genuine care for people and a commitment to leaving members better than you found them.
  • Willingness to learn and appreciation for coaching to foster professional growth.
  • Strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred (training available).
  • Team-centered mentality.

Pay

$18.31–$21.97 per hour, with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role, compensating employees who regularly use their language skills (proficiency testing required, with a specific need for Spanish).
