Pay

$18.31-$21.97 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role, acknowledging and compensating bilingual employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members. Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and build impactful relationships with members and colleagues
  • Proactively help members achieve their financial goals by answering questions and servicing accounts
  • Actively listen and uncover member needs to recommend suitable products and services
  • Maintain the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
  • Match Advia products and services as solutions to fit individual member needs
  • Seek ways to say "yes" to members and proactively find solutions
  • Assist with outbound calls to engage members not physically present in branches

Requirements

  • Genuine care for people, acting with integrity and keeping people at the core

  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred (training available)
