About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time, On-site Member Service Representative at Advia. The position offers an entry salary range of $18.31-$21.97 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians.
• Change lives by proactively helping members achieve their financial goals.
• Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and utilize your natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, recommending products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs.

Requirements

• A desire to provide solutions to leave the member better than you found them.
• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach these skills too!

Qualifications

This role requires proficiency in Spanish, as a bilingual premium is offered. Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.
