Member Service Representative

About the role

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) for their Presque Isle branch. The MSR will be one of the first friendly faces our members see, helping with everyday financial needs and building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and answer member questions with confidence
• Connect members with products and services that meet their financial goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members
• Handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to solve problems
• Comfortable handling financial transactions
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed.
