Role Summary
The Member Service Associate (MSA) serves as a resource to members, performing routine transactions, escalating complex issues, and engaging in member relationship building.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide exceptional member service.
- Solve problems and escalate more complex concerns.
- Offer appropriate products and services to deepen member relationships.
- Make outbound calls to members for relationship building.
- Ensure branch equipment is operational and report non-repairable issues.
- Perform transactions and service requests accurately and promptly.
- Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash drawers.
- Afford appropriate assistance with Digital Banking and fraud disputes.

Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Some cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrate and support credit union values and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage operations according to company policies.
- Pass a pre-employment credit/background check.
Pay and Benefits
Full salary range: $17.13-$25.99. Starting pay is $20.00/hour. Gesa offers:
