Role Summary

The Member Service Associate (MSA) serves as a resource to members, performing routine transactions, escalating complex issues, and engaging in member relationship building.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide exceptional member service.
• Solve problems and escalate more complex concerns.
• Offer appropriate products and services to deepen member relationships.
• Make outbound calls to members for relationship building.
• Ensure branch equipment is operational and report non-repairable issues.
• Perform transactions and service requests accurately and promptly.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash drawers.
• Afford appropriate assistance with Digital Banking and fraud disputes.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrate and support credit union values and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage operations according to company policies.
• Pass a pre-employment credit/background check.

Pay and Benefits

Full salary range: $17.13-$25.99. Starting pay is $20.00/hour. Gesa offers:
