Role Summary
The Member Service Associate (MSA) serves as a resource to members, performing routine transactions, escalating complex issues, and engaging in member relationships through various means.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide exceptional member service and solve problems promptly.
- Elevate member concerns and follow up as necessary.
- Converse fluently on financial literacy, products, and services.
- Offer relevant products and services to enhance member relationships.
- Make outbound calls to members to build and nurture relationships.
- Maintain branch equipment and escalate non-repairable issues.
- Accurately handle transactions and balance cash drawers.
- Support Digital Banking initiatives and assist with fraud disputes.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Some cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrate and support credit union values and service standards.
- Pass a pre-employment credit/background check.
