Member Service Associate Float

About the role

As a Member Service Associate Float, you will provide exceptional customer service to members through various channels including in-person, phone, and online. You will assist members with account inquiries, transfers, and other financial needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members
• Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process transactions such as account maintenance, transfers, and payments
• Follow up on member requests and ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to credit union policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Starting pay range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
