About the role

Provide exceptional customer service in a contact center environment. Handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective customer support.
  • Respond to emails and chats within specified response times.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Basic computer literacy.
