About the role
Provide exceptional customer service in a contact center environment. Handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective customer support.
- Respond to emails and chats within specified response times.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Basic computer literacy.
