- Lead generation and nurturing: networking, community outreach, referrals, phone calls, emails, texts, etc.
- New member signups
- Tour and Trial Booking
- Trial follow up and conversions
- Create and execute internal referral lead generation program
- Continued support, interactions, and communication with members after signup, driving engagement and progress
- Aid members with scheduling 1-1 fitness coaching appointments and signature studio classes
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure members have a great club experience
Objectives
- Meet club sales & lead goals
- Provide a great member experience
- Assist management as needed
- Ensure members give an NPS score of 8 or higher

- Good with technology and software
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (prefer 5 years)
- Full and part-time positions available (minimum 20 hours per week)
- Morning, evening and weekend hours will be required as necessary
- Must be career-minded and desire to grow with the company long-term
Total On Target Earnings
Total On Target Earnings - $22-$30 an hour
