Member Relationship Specialist

About the role

Inspire Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Member Relationship Specialist to join our team. Based in Bucks County, PA, we have three locations (Bristol, Langhorne, Newtown) and manage over 290 million in assets with over 16,000 members. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with current members, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new credit union accounts and service existing accounts
• Aid members with transactions and account questions
• Promote credit union products and services in a consultative manner
• Build strong relationships with credit union members
• Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner
• Aid the loan department with consumer loan applications

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred (high school diploma required)
• Minimum 1-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
• Financial services industry/banking/credit union experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of financial services/banking industry
