Member Relationship Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Member Relationship Lead to supervise the teller area at the Brandenburg Branch of Abound Credit Union. The ideal candidate will foster a sales environment, ensure security of funds, and assist in interviewing for new teller positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers including staffing, timesheet approval, and scheduling leave
• Foster and promote a sales environment with your team to generate loans and product opportunities
• Safeguard and maintain security of all branch funds
• Focus on community and financial education
• Assist manager with interviews for open Teller positions

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• A desire to present life-changing, money-saving opportunities to our members / potential members
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with great communication skills
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier
• Cash handling and balancing experience a plus!
