Member Relationship Center - Member Relationship Consultant - Full Time - Remote (AK, AZ, WA)

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound calls using call lists to achieve sales goals.
• Work directly with members/potential members via telephone, and email having conversations that matter and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate members on product offerings and services to improve their financial well-being.
• Explain pricing and answer questions from members/potential members building value in the member relationship.
• Track daily phone calls.
• Follow up with members/potential members via telephone or email following initial contact.
• Track daily sales totals/production.
• Resolve member requests - calculate terms on loans/CDs.
• Maintain continued product education and compliance training to better service member calls.
• Maintain accurate daily record of member conversations in CRM.
• Treat all co-workers and members with respect.
• Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience with Nuvision and/or prior loan experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding sales goals.
• Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity.
• Working knowledge of applicable law, regulations, compliance practices and Credit Union procedures.
• Solid knowledge of deposit, loan and ancillary products/services.
• Basic understanding of applicable lending regulations.
• Excellent communication and phone skills including professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with members, staff and management.
• Solid computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through with member requests.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. NMLS Registered. Successful completion of all compliance related coursework.

Pay

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
