Member Relationship Advisor

About the role

Abound Credit Union is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and awesome personality to serve as a Member Relationship Advisor. This position promotes Credit Union products and services based on member needs, opens member accounts, resolves issues, handles daily needs, provides loan processing, closing, and disbursal services, and meets monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Open member accounts, resolve issues, and handle the members daily needs.
• Provide loan processing, closing, and disbursal services to members.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Operate a computer, calculator, and copier proficiently.
• Have customer service experience and specialized financial courses (a plus).

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
• Ability to proficiently operate a computer, calculator, and copier.
• Customer service experience and specialized financial courses a plus!
