          Pay

          Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

We need to ensure we didn't include Schedule. Also we might include "About the role" paragraph summarizing role: maybe combine the initial description: "Build relationships. Grow membership. Bring the industry together." plus details about the organization and why join us. Let's craft a paragraph that includes all substantive info about role: The role is Member Relations Manager, reporting to CEO, small team, etc. But we must not repeat job title as heading; but we can mention it in paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose details like "Reporting directly to the CEO", "close-knit three-person office", "opportunity to plan and host approximately 10 major events", etc. Some of those are already in responsibilities or about role. We need to ensure we didn't omit any. Let's extract all substantive sentences from posting and see if we covered. From posting: - "Build relationships. Grow membership. Bring the industry together." (tagline) - "This Jobot Job is hosted by: Mark C. Johnson" (metadata, can drop) - "Are you a fit? Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume." (application instruction, drop) - "Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year" (Pay) - "A bit about us: Our client is a well-established pair of Southern Nevada trade associations representing contractors and businesses within the plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and sheet metal industries. Similar in some ways to a Chamber of Commerce, these organizations serve as an important resource and advocate for their members, bringing contractors and industry partners together while supporting the broader construction community. Their work spans member relations, workforce development, education and training, networking, events, government affairs, labor relations, collective bargaining, and industry advocacy. The organizations have a close-knit, entrepreneurial team environment where people work collaboratively, brainstorm together, and take genuine pride in the relationships they build with their members and one another." (About the organization) - "Why join us? This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative organization where your work will have a visible impact. Rather than being one small piece of a large marketing or association department, the Member Relations Manager will have ownership across some of the organization's most important initiatives and will work closely with the CEO on a regular basis. The role offers: Direct exposure to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing an opportunity to learn how a successful trade association operates and how decisions are made. A highly varied role encompassing membership recruitment and retention, events, communications, sponsorships, community outreach, and industry programs. The opportunity to plan and host approximately 10 major events and programs each year, including networking events, educational programs, member appreciation events, mixers, an annual gala, sponsorship events, and workforce-development initiatives. The chance to help introduce younger generations to careers in the skilled trades through programs and events designed to educate and engage future workers. A relationship-driven position with regular interaction with contractor members, associate members, industry leaders, sponsors, community partners, and other stakeholders. A close-knit, team-oriented environment where the three-person office works together, shares ideas, and genuinely enjoys working with one another. A very generous retirement program, along with a strong overall benefits package. Significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and improve programs rather than simply maintain them. The opportunity to become a highly visible and trusted representative of two respected organizations within the Southern Nevada construction community. This is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building relationships, organizing meaningful events, communicating with a wide variety of people, and being the person who makes things happen." (Why join us / role details) - "Job Details The Member Relations Manager will play a central role in strengthening relationships with existing members, attracting new members, coordinating events and programs, and communicating the organizations' value to the construction community. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will serve as a key member of a small team and will have significant responsibility for the day-to-day execution of membership, event, communication, and community initiatives." (Job Details) - Then responsibilities sections as above. - "What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring a combination of relationship-building ability, organization, communication skills, and initiative." (intro) - Qualifications bullet list. - "The Right Personality This is a small-office environment where personality and approach matter. The successful candidate will be: Thick-skinned and confident — able to receive direct feedback without taking it personally. Detail-oriented and highly organized — someone who catches the little things and follows through. Adaptable and resourceful — comfortable shifting priorities and jumping in wherever needed. Personable and engaging — able to build authentic relationships with contractors, business owners, members, sponsors, and community stakeholders. A strong communicator who can write professionally and communicate comfortably with people at all levels. Collaborative — someone who enjoys brainstorming, sharing ideas, and working closely with a small team. Proactive — someone who doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the
