Member of the Technical Staff, Internal Agent

For our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking a Member Of The Technical Staff Internal Agent to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build V as the main interface for diverse tasks at the company
• Create agent architecture for understanding intent and planning work
• Deliver polished experiences across multiple platforms
• Develop systems to measure V's performance accuracy and usability
• Establish collaborative frameworks for teams to contribute to agent capabilities
• Define operational standards for a company led by an agent

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Comfortable working across product surfaces and system boundaries
• Focus on quality of AI interactions
• Proven record of openness and adaptability
• Experience with agent harnesses is a plus but not mandatory

Pay

$208,000 – $312,000 annually
