Vision
We are a team of obsessive thinkers, builders, and doers from top universities including Harvard, CMU, UChicago, UPenn, and GT. We have a track record of publishing papers, owning patents, building companies, and receiving international recognition. Our mission is to eliminate tedious human coordination, starting with scheduling, by creating systems that intelligently handle complex scenarios like 'John the recruiter will gladly take a call with CEO Jill at 7:00 AM in the morning, but not with their colleague.' Everyday, we tackle problems that require intelligent decision-making based on dynamic contexts.
About the role
Ultra intellectually curious (active in competitions like ICPC, IOI, Putnam, etc.; passionate about research and innovation), with a strong sense of agency (passionate projects, quick to act on issues), and a love for collaborative work (strong opinions, good sense of humor). You are a fast learner and an agent evaluator, skilled in test-driven development. You are curious about Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning, and you are comfortable building reliable agents that can make context-dependent decisions daily.
What you get to do
- Solve problems that don't have a known solution yet.
- Build agents that make thousands of context-dependent decisions daily.
- Ship products that real paying customers use the next day.
- Talk to customers, understand their needs, and continuously improve our solutions.
- Own entire systems end-to-end: from the research that informs an approach, to the architecture, to the code, to monitoring its performance in production.
- Work at the forefront of what agents can reliably do, not just what looks impressive on social media.
