About The Role

You will own product features from spec to ship. The analyst-facing UI, the orchestration backend, the integration layer that pulls customer telemetry into Zaun. The work that turns a clever model into a product analysts actually use. You will read every detection that ships. There is no rule we cannot explain in a sentence. We expect engineers to be close to the security work, not abstracted away from it.

What you'll do

• Build and ship product features end to end across the stack
• Own the analyst workflow: investigation, triage, response, reporting
• Build integrations into customer security stacks (SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud)
• Keep the platform fast, reliable, and easy to operate

Who you are

• Four or more years shipping production software as a strong generalist
• Comfortable across backend, frontend, and infra. You pick up what is needed
• High ownership, low ego. You finish things
• Care about craft and the analyst on the other end of the screen

Nice to have

• Past work on developer or operator tools
• Background in security tooling, SIEM, or SOAR
• Comfortable with Postgres, Kafka or similar, TypeScript, and one of Go or Rust
