Member of Technical Staff - Core AI & Neurosymbolic Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Core AI & Neurosymbolic Systems to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on advancing AI-driven capabilities that improve problem-solving, model performance, and decision-making across the organization. You will design and build core AI models and algorithms, apply neurosymbolic approaches to complex technical challenges, and partner closely with product teams to translate business needs into effective AI functionality. The position also calls for ongoing research and collaboration in a cross-functional environment to help keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation.
