Member of Technical Staff, Backend

Responsibilities

• Build out new features and scale our backend capabilities focused on scaling out our core APIs
• Backend stack: Python, Node.JS, K8s, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, etc.
• Work closely with prospects and customers to build production solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping completely new product features from scratch
• Have gone from prototype to production serving end users in a short amount of time
• Shipped or otherwise interested in AI/LLM-native applications
• Iterated rapidly with customers or other engineers - translate user feedback into features back to proactive user discovery
• Help jointly develop and iterate on product roadmap for core features
• Shipped applications at scale
