What You'll Do
- Build core agent, product, and infrastructure systems.
- Create simulation environments for users, schedules, relationships, and multi-agent interactions.
- Develop evaluations for long-horizon agent behavior, reliability, and safety.
- Design systems for context, memory, orchestration, and tool use.
- Help shape the technical roadmap, culture, and team.
Who You Are
- Have designed and shipped complex products or systems with significant ownership.
- Be deeply experienced in backend and distributed systems; our stack includes Python, Postgres, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Have built LLM agents, simulations, evaluation frameworks, or related systems.
- Combine strong architectural judgment with product and design instincts.
- Bring great product instincts and genuine care for design, UX, and human-centered product development.
- Thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and hold high standards without ego.
