Responsibilities

• Build effective systems for agent orchestration.
  • You'll engineer the core system that drives Qualia, improving its ability to reason over long horizons, run parallel experiments, and manage its knowledge.
• Scale environments for agent experiments and training.
  • Help us build the sandboxed compute where agents run complex, high-performance experiments, and scale it to tens of thousands of concurrent deployments.
• Expand what agents can do and where they run.
  • Build and deploy the tools and integrations that connect Qualia to customers' data sources and external systems.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience, especially with Python
• Comfort working in unfamiliar codebases
• Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment
