About the role

We train action policies and world models on the largest corpus of action-labeled gaming data in the world. Member of Technical Staff is the title everyone in our technical team holds. Each MTS is not fit to a single role - we help you find the most important problem across research, engineering, and infrastructure that aligns with our team's ambitious roadmap and fits your strengths.

Responsibilities

• Train action policies and world models on the largest corpus of action-labeled gaming data in the world.
• Help identify and solve the most critical problems across research, engineering, and infrastructure aligned with our team's ambitious roadmap.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other members of the technical team to develop and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of new technologies and methodologies in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Requirements

• PhD or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and/or computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of natural language processing and/or computer vision.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing.
