Role Description
We're seeking a backend engineer with deep expertise in applying AI in real-world scenarios. Key responsibilities include building resilient, secure distributed systems using multiple programming languages and infrastructure providers. Experience with large language models (LLMs), vector language models (VLMs), and other machine learning applications is preferred, especially those involving agentic experiences. Additionally, proficiency in designing retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for unstructured data and structured data handling is essential.

- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to new models and approaches to infrastructure.

- Compensation: Salary range from $135k to $215k, with potential adjustments based on experience and seniority.
