We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, why work here, what we're looking for, what you'll do, you'll thrive here if you, benefits, compensation range. No job title heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings appropriately. The posting includes: "Why you should work here" (maybe Benefits? but they have separate Benefits). Could treat "Why you should work here" as part of About the role? Or maybe "About the role" includes company description and why work here. "What you'll do" is Responsibilities. "What we're looking for" and "You'll thrive here if you" are Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Benefits section present. Compensation Range is Pay. No schedule given (they mention in-person NYC 5 days a week, that's schedule info). So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Must not include placeholder text. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation etc (none). Remove duplicated lines. No application instructions. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. Let's extract sections: Company description: "Blossom Health exists to solve the mental health epidemic in America by partnering with psychiatrists to expand access to affordable, timely, clinically-effective mental healthcare. Our AI-native care platform is loved by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients. We’re a Series A company with $20M+ raised from Headline, Village Global, and the founders of General Catalyst, Flatiron Health, Sword Health, Grow Therapy, Fay, Elemy, Zip, Blank Street, Assured, Bridge, Birches Health, and Enzo Health." Why you should work here: bullet points with emojis: Hyper-growth environment..., High trust and autonomy..., Talent-dense team..., Real impact... What we're looking for: list of traits (Highly motivated..., Ownership mindset..., High velocity..., An explorer..., An optimist..., A builder..., Humble...). These are more like cultural fit/qualities. What you'll do: list of responsibilities (Build and ship AI-native product experiences..., Design and develop LLM-powered systems..., Own AI features end-to-end..., Build robust evaluation..., Work across models..., Move quickly..., Collaborate closely...). You'll thrive here if you: list of requirements (Have a bachelor's degree..., Have 2+ years..., Have experience building..., Are fluent in Python..., Have worked with modern LLM APIs..., Think rigorously..., Are comfortable moving..., Love autonomy..., Are authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to be in-person in NYC 5 days a week). Benefits: list: Competitive salary, equity, growth opportunities; Best-in-class health, dental, and vision insurance; A focus on outcomes, not hours, with unlimited PTO; Team outings, offsites, and a sunny NYC office stocked with snacks. Compensation Range: $150K - $220K. Schedule: In-person in NYC 5 days a week (from thriving section). Could also be part of Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title. No Job ID. We need to decide which headings to use. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: company description + why you should work here (maybe combine). Could also include mission. - Responsibilities: "What you'll do". - Requirements: education/experience basics (bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience, authorized to work in US, in-person NYC 5 days a week). Could also include "Have experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications..." maybe as Skills. - Qualifications: maybe the traits (Highly motivated, ambitious, etc.)? Or we could treat them as Qualifications. - Skills: technical skills (Python/TypeScript, LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, evals, reliability, latency, cost, failure modes, moving across stack, experimenting). - Benefits: as given. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: in-person NYC 5 days a week. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All sections must have real content. Let's craft. We'll produce:

    Pay

    Compensation Range: $150K - $220K

    Schedule

    In-person in NYC 5 days a week

Check for any duplicated content: We have "Love autonomy, ambiguity, experimentation, and ownership" appears both in Skills and also in "You'll thrive here if you". That's okay but could be duplicate. The "You'll thrive here if you" list includes: Have a bachelor's degree..., Have 2+ years..., Have experience building..., Are fluent in Python..., Have worked with modern LLM APIs..., Think rigorously..., Are comfortable moving..., Love autonomy..., Are authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to be in-person in NYC 5 days a week. We already captured bachelor's degree, 2+ years, authorized to work in US and in-person NYC 5 days a week in Requirements. Experience building LLM-powered apps, fluent in Python/TypeScript, worked with modern LLM APIs, think rigorously, comfortable moving across stack, love autonomy are in Skills. So we covered all. We didn't include "Have experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications or AI products in production" as a separate bullet in Skills (we have). Good. We didn't include "Have worked with modern LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, or similar applied AI patterns" - we have. We didn't include "Think rigorously about evals, reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes" - we have. We didn't include "Are comfortable moving across the stack and quickly experimenting with new models, frameworks, and techniques" - we have. We didn't include "Love autonomy, ambiguity, experimentation, and ownership" - we have. We didn't include "Are authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to be in-person in NYC 5 days a week" - we have in Requirements. Thus we covered all. Check for any missing: "Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field" - we have in Requirements. "Have 2+ years of professional software engineering experience outperforming in high-quality environments" - we have. "Have experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications or AI products in production" - we have in Skills. "Are fluent in Python and/or TypeScript" - we have. "Have worked with modern LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, or similar applied AI patterns" - we have. "Think rigorously about evals, reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes, not just whether a prototype works" - we have. "Are comfortable moving across the stack and quickly experimenting with new models, frameworks, and techniques" - we have. "Love autonomy, ambiguity, experimentation, and ownership" - we have. "Are authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to be in-person in NYC 5 days a week" - we have. Now check responsibilities: we captured all. Check benefits: we captured all. Check Pay: we have. Check Schedule: we have. Check About the role: we have company description and why you should work here. We should ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like cookie/navigation etc
