Member of Technical Staff

What You’ll Do

• Extend existing agents to support more customer configurations, edge cases, and backend integrations
• Build entirely new agent types from scratch
• Build custom neural net models, fine-tune LLMs and VLMs on factory data to replicate expert human operator actions and orchestrate business and production workflows
• Translate human-described business workflows into clean chains of extraction, reasoning, and action nodes
• Wire agents into external APIs and operational systems
• Own technical decisions across the agents’ platform, from architecture through implementation
• Work directly with the CEO on product direction, roadmap, and prioritization
• Help build out the team and manage future engineers as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in or closely with manufacturing environments
• Experience taking an agent product or agent workflow from zero to production, including building, shipping, and deploying it
• Strong builder instincts and a high degree of ownership and autonomy
• Excitement for turning ambiguous business processes into reliable software systems
• Strong product sense and the ability to make good decisions with incomplete information, and know when you don’t have enough information and what questions to ask
• Ability to move quickly, handle edge cases, and improve systems through iteration
