About the role

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product, translating ambiguous requirements into clean, operable systems and taking ideas from early prototype to hardened production components. The candidate will build internal and customer-facing product surfaces that turn platform capabilities into usable workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build full-stack and API development solutions using technologies like React, TypeScript, REST, gRPC, FastAPI, and Go services.
  • Design and integrate authentication, RBAC, and audit logging mechanisms.
  • Develop and integrate event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, feature flags, and customer integrations.
  • Productionize prototypes into reliable, maintainable, and operable platform components.
  • Translate fuzzy product requirements into clear system designs and usable interfaces.
  • Feed delivery learnings back into platform patterns and defaults to ship faster.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering background with experience shipping production-grade applications end-to-end.
  • Comfortable owning the full delivery surface — UI through API through auth — without needing to hand off between layers.
  • Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments and making those integrations reliable and maintainable.
  • Thriving in a high-agency, fast-paced environment; bias toward action and impact.
  • Excited about zero to one challenges — turning prototypes into real systems rather than polishing existing ones.
  • Collaborative, clear communicator, comfortable working across research, platform, and product boundaries.
  • Motivated by building the tooling and workflows that let the world's most capable open-weight AI systems get built faster.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Skills

  • Full-stack development skills (React, TypeScript, REST, gRPC, FastAPI, Go services).
  • API design and integration.
  • OIDC authentication, RBAC, and audit logging.
  • Event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, feature flags, and customer integrations.
  • Monitoring and developer tooling (dashboards, observability tooling, experiment tracking systems, metrics and log visualization).
