Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of The Little Gym philosophy and programs
- Open the door for every guest, great them by name, and check them in for class
- Conduct daily sales calls, texts and emails as well responds to incoming inquiries and requests
- Greet Introductory, first-time guests and provide a world-class intro experience
- Communicate the amazing benefits of The Little Gym Program and curriculum to members and potential future members
- Create “Wow” moments for our members and build long-lasting relationships
- Utilize the TLG proprietary systems in accordance with processes and procedures
- Aid coaches with class management as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role
- Outgoing and love to build relationships
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- No problem giving announcements to a lobby full of guests
- Superior organizational skills and are extremely detail oriented
- Computer Savvy and can learn new systems quickly
- Can multi-task in an EXTREMELY busy environment
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships and sell our amazing program
- Loves working within a team
- Kid magnet and love giving high 5’s
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt in a changing environment
Pay
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule
Saturday and Sundays from 7:30am-2:00pm
Additional shifts may be available for the right fit
Overtime may be available

The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
