Member Experience Representative (bilingual Chinese)
About the role
Verda Health Plan of Arizona holds a state and CMS license with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. The Member Experience Advocate (bilingual English/Chinese) is a contact‑center position supporting senior members enrolled in Verda’s Medicare Advantage plans, handling phone, email, and in‑person interactions with members, providers, brokers, and caregivers. Located in Chandler, AZ.
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Chandler, AZ before starting work. Physical demands include regular sitting/walking at a workstation and occasional lifting/moving of 25‑50 pounds.
