Member Engagement Representative

Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking friendly, reliable Member Engagement Representatives to be the first face our members see. This part-time role reports directly to the Club Manager and offers a ground-floor opportunity with a brand-new, locally and veteran-owned club.

About the role

• Greet members warmly and check them in using our club management system.
• Welcome prospective members, give club tours, and support the sign-up process.
• Answer questions and handle basic member inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keep the entire club—including the front desk, lobby, floor, bathrooms, offices, studio, recovery rooms, and entryways—clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Occasionally help capture photos or short videos of the club and members (with consent) to support the club's social media presence.
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
• Support setup and customer engagement at local and Snap Fitness sponsored events.

Requirements

• A positive, welcoming attitude.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using customer relationship management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required—just a genuine interest in people.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Comfortable helping create or appear in social media content.

Schedule

This is a 24/7 club. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. The club operates cashless; all transactions are handled electronically.

Pay

$13.00–$16.00 per hour.
